01Acceptance of Terms & Eligibility

• Age Requirements. You must be at least 13 years of age (or the minimum age required in your legal jurisdiction) to use FotoCollage. If you are under the legal age to enter into a binding contract, you may only use the App under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
• Agreement. By using the App, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy.

02User Content & Photo Rights

• Ownership. You retain full ownership and intellectual property rights in any photos, images, text, or other content you upload, import, or create using FotoCollage (“User Content”). We do not claim ownership rights over your User Content.
• Limited License. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, display, and process your User Content solely to operate, render, and deliver the App’s features to you, such as processing photo collages on your device.
• Responsibility. You are solely responsible for your User Content. You represent and warrant that you own or have obtained all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions to use and edit any content you upload into the Application.

03Prohibited Conduct

You agree that you will not, and will not allow any third party to:

• Upload, edit, or create User Content that is illegal, defamatory, harmful, offensive, hateful, obscene, or infringes on third-party intellectual property or privacy rights.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, modify, or attempt to derive the source code, underlying structure, or algorithms of the Application.
• Rent, lease, lend, sell, redistribute, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Application or any of its built-in assets.
• Attempt to bypass, disable, or tamper with any security measures, digital rights management, or premium paywall features in the App.

04Intellectual Property & App Assets

• All rights, titles, and interests in the Application, including software code, UI design, logos, graphics, collage templates, stickers, fonts, and visual effects, are owned by or licensed to Pic Collage Maker & Photo Editor and are protected by international copyright and intellectual property laws.
• Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the App for your personal, non-commercial use.

05In-App Purchases & Subscriptions

• Paid Features. FotoCollage may offer auto-renewable subscriptions, one-time purchases, or premium features (“In-App Purchases”).
• Billing. Payments and billing for In-App Purchases are processed directly through the applicable platform app store, such as the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Payment is charged to your store account upon confirmation of purchase.
• Renewal & Cancellation. Auto-renewable subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple ID or Google Play account settings.
• Refunds. All purchases are subject to the refund policies of the applicable store platform. We do not directly issue refunds for store-processed payments.

06Third-Party Services & Advertising

• Advertisements. FotoCollage may display third-party advertisements or integrate third-party ad networks, such as Google AdMob, and analytics tools to support free services.
• Third-Party Links. The App may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by us. We assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services.

07Disclaimer of Warranties

The Application is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. We make no guarantees that:

• The App will meet your requirements or function uninterrupted, securely, or error-free.
• Unsaved User Content, collages, or edits will not be lost, altered, or corrupted due to hardware failures, software updates, or app crashes. You are responsible for backing up your original photos.

08Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Pic Collage Maker & Photo Editor, its affiliates, or suppliers be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Application.

09Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of changes by posting the new Terms within the Application or updating the “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of the App following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
